Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-7) @ Philadelphia Eagles
When healthy, the Buccaneers can seemingly put up 30 points at will. The Eagles are not good enough to do point for point with Quarterback Tom Brady and Co. Pick: Buccaneers
Miami Dolphins (-3.5) @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Very tempted to pick the home underdogs here, but as bad as the Miami defense has been, the Jaguars have been right there with them. I’ll take the team with marginally better coaching and talent. Pick: Dolphins
Green Bay Packers (-4.5) @ Chicago Bears
This feels like the sort of divisional game the Bears could steal (especially if QB Justin Fields goes off) but the Packers should be able to pick apart the Bears in a way the dysfunctional Raiders couldn’t. Pick: Packers
Cincinnati Bengals (-3.5) @ Detroit Lions
Things continue to get worse for the Lions on the injury front and while they’ve kept some games close this season, this one shouldn’t be one of those. Look for wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase to pick apart this secondary. Pick: Bengals
Houston Texans @ Indianapolis Colts (-10)
Texans continue to play better than their talent level, but the Colts seemed to open up some facets of their game against the Ravens and if that continues...look out. Pick: Colts
Los Angeles Rams (-10) @ New York Giants
The Rams are a really really good football team with really really good coaching. The Giants are the opposite of that in a way most in the national media seem reluctant to pick up on...maybe, because some of their skill position talent has been good at fantasy in the past. This one is a rout. Pick: Rams
Kansas City Chiefs (-7) @ Washington Football Team
Not picking the Football team against any of the NFL’s best and the Chiefs still qualify (at least offensively). Pick: Chiefs
Minnesota Vikings (-1) @ Carolina Panthers
The Vikings won their close game last week, and while I like their chances to force Panthers QB Sam Darnold into another subpar game, the Panthers should have enough juice defensively to win this one at home. Pick: Panthers
Los Angeles Chargers @ Baltimore Ravens (-3)
I hate picking this game because both teams are trending upward. The Chargers’ defense should be able to bring Ravens QB Lamar Jackson down to earth a little bit, but it probably won’t be enough as the Ravens defense can do the same to Justin Herbert. Pick: Ravens
Arizona Cardinals @ Cleveland Browns (-3)
The Cardinals are a lot to stop offensively and the Browns should have a similar problem as they did with the Chargers last week. Defensively, though, the Cardinals have the athletes to match up really well here. This one may not be as close as Vegas thinks. Pick: Cardinals
Las Vegas Raiders @ Denver Broncos (-3.5)
Two teams definitely trending downward, but the Broncos aren’t in total disarray. Pick: Broncos
Dallas Cowboys (-4.5) @ New England Patriots
Before the season, I was high on both of these teams. I was half right. The Patriots need to reassess a lot of what they’re doing on both sides of the ball and the Cowboys are firing on all cylinders. Pick: Cowboys
Seattle Seahawks @ Pittsburgh Steelers (-4.5)
Two weeks ago, this would’ve been an easy pick for the Seahawks, but the Steelers have found some ways to get the ball out of QB Ben Roethlisberger’s hands and Seattle QB Russell Wilson can’t really hold a ball in his hands right now. Unless Geno Smith has a superhero day, this one should be out of reach. Pick: Steelers
Buffalo Bills (-5.5) @ Tennessee Titans
The only question is if RB Derrick Henry can keep this one close, but no one is playing better than the Bills right now. Pick: Bills
