This NFC West playoff clash brings familiarity, physicality, and very little margin for error. San Francisco enters with one of the most balanced rosters in football, built around a punishing run game, play-action efficiency, and a defense capable of controlling games without blitzing. At home, the 49ers often dictate tempo early and force opponents into uncomfortable down-and-distance situations.

Seattle counters with resilience and opportunism. The Seahawks have played San Francisco tight repeatedly in recent seasons, relying on defensive pressure, timely turnovers, and explosive plays to swing momentum. Their challenge will be sustaining drives and finishing in the red zone — areas where San Francisco has consistently excelled.
