Ladies and Gentlemen, my fellow... well anyway. Hello. I've been off work this week and have had plenty of time to devote to Pickwatch. I just realised when I typed that sentence that I've actually become George Michael Bluth from Arrested Development. Just avoid the Mayonegg (admit it, even now that word makes you queasy).

Without any more rubbish, here's my list of changes this week:

Added 12 new pickers - and deleted 1 - The USAToday crew are now on board, as are SI's Don Banks, SportingNews.com's Vinnie Iyer, and inexplicably overlooked NFL Network duo Michael Fabiano and Black Tie of the Dave Damashek Football Podcast. Meanwhile, Akbar Gbaja-... Akbar is gone. Just... he's gone. He only picked like 2/4 weeks. Let that be a lesson: My justice is swift and as irrational as a hormonal mother of 7.

Added Historical Data - You can now check weeks 1-4 in the archive. I'll add to this as the season goes on and you'll now be able to see every week's table in all it's glory, including the above new pickers as of next week. Speaking of which...

Improved Visuals - I have changed the look of the data to make it easier to pick up on high/low scores. Before, it was a bit of an eye-melter and many was the time I would go to bed with a ream of figures in my eyes. I've also overhauled the 'Overall Standings' to show weekly data too.

Added 'Overall' Column to Weekly Picks - This seemed logical. I already use this data at home, it was very simple to incorporate it into the weekly chart you see, thus ensuring that you get as good an idea as possible of who is good and who is quite literally the atrocious coin toss - although this week I was impressed that the coin missed the Jags and the Jets - quite an achievement.

Added Clutch Pickers - This is a big one for me and one of the key stats I want to track, along with home and road picks which is frankly a bigger job than the one currently facing Barack Obama. I'm not going to lecture anyone but... seriously, everyone outside of America basically believes that the Republican Party is on a massive trolling campaign. This will be updated with the new pickers mentioned above next week.

Removed the 'Mobile' and 'Top Ten' tabs - They were more redundant than a federal employee in two weeks time. The tables now run well (BETTER even? No.) on mobiles, while the Top 10 pickers are now incorporated into the weekly picks for simplicity.

I hope you like the new changes. All the feedback so far has been positive and I'd like to thank all of you who've taken the time to support the site, in particular those users such as Goober or Luc our Chilean friend who provided help, or others who have helped point out discrepancies. **
*We've had tens of thousands of visitors every week and that just makes it even more important that things are correct, so don't be afraid to pipe up. *
I've audited all of this year's data and it is now all correct thanks to some painstaking work - so much so that I am strongly looking into getting a new pair of hands on board to help out.**

As always, follow Pickwatch on Twitter or email us/me/definitely just me at [email protected] with any suggestions for the site or feedback. Oh and Pickers? Stay out of trouble...
