Green Bay Packers @ Arizona Cardinals (-6.5)

This had all the makings of a tough game for the Cardinals until the Packers’ started racking up injuries and COVID list designations. These are two pretty evenly matched teams, and Aaron Rodgers is hard to bet against right now, but Cardinals have the advantage. Pick: Cardinals

Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons (-3)

Seems like every time I pick a Panthers game, it goes the other way, but the Falcons offense is just playing too well right now and the Panthers offense is, well, the opposite of that. Pick: Falcons

Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills (-13.5)

The Bills are coming off of a disappointing loss and a bye week. This is going to be a slaughter. Pick: Bills

San Francisco 49ers (-3.5) @ Chicago Bears

The Bears are going to be down Khalil Mack for this one, and on the other side of the ball, the 49ers are going to pressure Justin Fields all day. Pick: Bears

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cleveland Browns (-3.5)

The Steelers have a rough time stopping the run and, well, you saw what the Browns did on the ground against the Broncos… Pick: Browns

Philadelphia Eagles (-3) @ Detroit Lions

There’s only one or two games left on the Lions schedule that they might actually win, and if they can play the Eagles with the same intensity they played the Rams, this shouldn’t be a difficult way to get out of the cellar. Pick: Lions

Tennessee Titans (-1) @ Indianapolis Colts

I really want to pick the Colts—if only to double down on my “Colts aren’t as bad as people think” narrative. But, that’s not how any of this works. This will be a run-heavy game that leans the Titans’ way. Pick: Titans

Cincinnati Bengals (-10) @ New York Jets

With Mike White starting this game under center for the Jets, put this one heavy in the win column for Cincinnati, whose underrated defense should have a field day. Pick: Bengals

Los Angeles Rams (-14.5) @ Houston Texans

The Texans have played some teams close, but consider this. Matthew Stafford has the best protection in the NFL and is also one of the best quarterbacks when he is pressured. There’s no way to stop him. Pick: Rams

New England Patriots @ Los Angeles Chargers (-5.5)

The book on beating the Chargers is running a lot and running efficiently. The Patriots can’t do either of those things. Pick: Chargers

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Seattle Seahawks (-3.5)

Think of getting this line a decade ago...the Jaguars only 3.5 point underdogs AT Seattle? A big piece of me wants to pick Jaguars just for that, but with all Seattle’s problems they’re still the far better team. Pick: Seahawks

Washington Football Team @ Denver Broncos (-3)

This should be the week Football Team gets back on track on both sides of the ball because Denver has all the same problems as WFT, but in spades. Pick: Football Team

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-5) @ New Orleans Saints

The Saints have a solid defense, but the Buccaneers are the better team and they’re getting healthier than they’ve been in recent weeks. Pick: Buccaneers

Dallas Cowboys (-2.5) @ Minnesota Vikings

The Cowboys defense is playing well and Vikings QB Kirk Cousins is due for a bad game. Pick: Cowboys

New York Giants @ Kansas City Chiefs (-10)

This is going to make a lot of people think the Chiefs are “back,” but it’s just that the Giants don’t match up well and can’t put as much pressure on that Chiefs D. Slam the over on this one. Pick: Chiefs
