Philadelphia 76ers: Looking To Steal Game 5 On the Road

With the series tied at two games a piece, the home team has won the first four games of this series. It appears as if the same trend can occur in Game 5, but be very careful with taking the Miami Heat in Game 5.

The 76ers got their MVP back in Joel Embiid in Game 3. Philadelphia is 2-0 in this series when Embiid plays. He scored 24 points and 11 rebounds in Game 4 and makes a major difference for them, shooting 53.8% from the field and also recorded two assists and blocked one shot.

James Harden scored 31 points and recorded nine assists in Game 4. He is starting to heat up as this series moves along.  Harden shot 44.4% from the field and grabbed seven rebounds and recorded one assist.

Tobias Harris has been up and down in this series. He scored 13 points, grabbed three rebounds, recorded four assists, and recorded two steals in Game 4. He is starting to heat up in this series. He scored 13 points, grabbed three rebounds, recorded four assists, and recorded two steals in Game 4.  Harris also shot 60.0% from the field.

The 76ers are starting to flex their muscle in this series.

Philadelphia has given up the third-fewest points per game in the NBA playoffs at 103.1 PPG. They are fourth in the NBA this postseason in field goal percentage at 48.2%.

Miami Heat: Is the Flame Dying Out?

Miami has given up the second-fewest points per game in the NBA Playoffs at 99.7 PPG. They are seventh in the NBA this postseason in field goal percentage at 45.4%.

Jimmy Butler scored 40 points for Miami in Game 4, but he might be getting worn down in this series. Butler shot 65% from the field and also grabbed three rebounds, recorded six assists, blocked two shots, and recorded two steals.

Bam Adebayo scored 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds in Game 4 for Miami, but they need other help elsewhere. He shot 75 percent from the field and also recorded four assists.

Tyler Herro scored 11 points off the bench in Game 4. He was much better at home than he has been on the road in this series. Herro shot 33.3% from the field and also grabbed 10 rebounds, recorded one assist, and recorded two steals. The sixth-man of the year needs to play like it in Game 5, or they could be facing a 3-2 series deficit.

Even though the Heat have yet to lose this postseason at home, that is going to change tonight in a pitoval Game 5 against the  76ers.
