It's been a long, busy day here at Pickwatch HQ so far, but with one final crack fo our whip, like a Balrog of Mordor, we're here to snare your ankles and drag you into the eternal hell of a Steelers @ Ravens matchup on Thursday Night.

In the corner getting rightly pilloried by the press for their pathetic handling of the Ray Rice situation (we make no apologies for bringing it into picking, it's very relevant) it's the Baltimore Ravens. In the other corner, it's the team that could barely beat the Browns... oh dear. This is not a matchup to instil confidence in pickers after a ridiculous week 1 that saw signs of life from the Jags. We were never worried, for what it's worth. Ahem.
After week 1 it'd be easy to give up on picking, but stick with it - we've got something for you. Although the Steelers are 60% favorites to win with ALL experts, a high proportion of those who scored 75% last week have gone with Baltimore:

Interesting no? We think Baltimore have been written off pretty early, and while we wouldn't class 57% as an overwhelming stat (like the Bengals being 100% with a pool of well-ranked experts last week) we think there's more to this game than a good old Pittsburgh romp. Right now, we're leaning towards the Ravens at home to just edge the Steelers out. This is one of those where you may as well guess.
Just a brief preview for TNF this week - we'll be back with a full preview of all the week 2 matchups over the weekend, so for more updates and picking news, follow us on twitter.
