Don't look now, but the last few weeks have set the Bills back quite a way. Doug Marrone's job isn't quite at risk yet, but a poor finish to the season would basically put him on the hot seat from week one of 2014. On the flip side, with 4 wins out of the last 5 games, Gus Bradley looks like he has harnessed some of the moderate ability within the Jags and turned it into a machine that is greater than the sum of it's parts. Remember how little talent is on this Jags team, because if Bradley leads them to 7-9, that will be one of the best head coaching jobs of the season.
