When you reset your password, our server automatically sends you a new password generated at random. This will be garbled letters, characters and numbers. When you use this temporary password, you should then immediately go to the ‘change password’ link under ‘Your Account’
PLEASE NOTE: every time you press this button, it resets your password and sends out a new email, essentially wiping the previous entry for your username. This means that repeated requests will more than likely just create more confusion if done in quick succession. If you have not received your username or password email, please follow the steps below and retry.
First of all, ensure that you have received the following message after entering your email address:
If you have received this message, but not received a password reset email, please add the following email address to your contacts/trusted senders/address book. This should prevent spam filters stopping it reaching you.
Once this has been done, you can re-request your password reset email.

I want to change my email address
If this is the case, we can only change this manually. Please send your request to change this to us and we will process as soon as we can. You will receive an email confirming this has been changed. As with all things of this nature, we will try to help as soon as possible, but we aim to respond within 48hrs at the latest.
I want to change my username
We always ask that you consider your username carefully because unfortunately, we are unable to change this.
If you do not wish your username to be available on the site, we can delete your username, however you will also lose all previous picks.
If this happens, we would suggest the best solution is to simply create a new account and wait for your old one to become ‘dormant’, ie: you don’t pick using it, therefore it will disappear from the site over time. You can still log in to check your win %, your record when picking each team, and other statistics.
The picks I see are not up to date
As per our FAQ, we always ensure picks are up to date, and we update when the experts do. We update our page to the next week on Tuesday morning, so if you ever think something is amiss, please use what is known as a hard refresh – this reloads the page completely. To do so, simply hold down ctrl & press F5, or on a mac, hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
I’m on a mobile and can’t hard refresh
First of all, try refreshing normally in your mobile browser – you should see this symbol somewhere in your menu:
If this does not work, try deleting your cached data in your browser menu. This will also help with other sites that may not be up to date.
On some pages, I see garbled text or a wall of characters!
This is something a few people reported at one point, which confused us as much as you.
It’s fixable immediately by the usual method – hard refresh by pressing ctrl & F5, or on a mac, hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
